This Policy (the “Policy”) explains the kind of information to be processed in the course of using the application service, Soul Color. The Policy also explains the way of their treatment.

Soul Color regards personal information of the users as important. We are obliged to inform you of 1) the purpose of processing the information, 2) the method of information storage, and 3) the measures taken for protection of those personal information.

By using our services, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Policy will be effective on the 1st day of January, 2025.

The following items are saved and processed locally on your device:

Information provided by the users

• Profile data: nickname and styling preferences
• Fashion data: photos of clothing items, fashion items, and avatar/figure items uploaded by users
• Outfit data: outfit compositions and styling preferences created by users
• Uploaded data: text and photos related to fashion and styling

Information processed while using services

• Equipment information: Operating system version and device type (for app optimization)
• Your activities: In-app selections, saved outfits, and settings stored in the local database

(2) Method of collection

The Company processes the information in the following ways:

• Direct input by the user through the application interface
• Accessing the device’s gallery or camera (only with user’s explicit permission)

2. Use of processed information

The Company/App uses the information for the following purposes within the local environment:

• To provide AI-powered fashion consulting services
• Improvement of existing services and development of new services
• To enhance user experience
• AI-powered outfit recommendations and styling suggestions
• Virtual fitting and avatar creation services
• To comply with applicable laws or legal obligations

3. Disclosure of information

Since your data remains on your device, the Company does not disclose personal information to 3rd parties, except when required by law or requested by the user for export/sharing purposes.

When a user provide information to share

• No automatic sharing: Soul Color does not automatically share your photos or outfits with other users
• Private by default: All your content remains private on your device unless you explicitly use a system share feature

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Soul Color does not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party tracking services that identify you. We prioritize a tracker-free experience.

5. User’s right

Users have the following rights regarding their information stored on the device:

Access, correction, and deletion

You have the right to access, update, and delete your data at any time directly within the app. Uninstalling the app will result in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data.

6. Security

We regard the security of your information as very important.

• Device-Level Encryption: We rely on the security protocols and encryption provided by your mobile operating system (iOS/Android).
• Access Control: The app only accesses your camera and gallery when you provide permission.

7. Protection of personal information of children

The service is not intended for children under 13. Since all data is stored locally, parents can manage their child’s information by simply deleting the data or the app from the device.

8. Data That Does Not Belong to You

When uploading photos of clothing or fashion items, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal rights to do so.

9. Modification of Policy

The Company has the right to amend this Policy. Changes will take effect upon update within the app’s policy section.
